Bizsecure — Onboarding Terms & Conditions

Parties

• Platform: Bizsecure / BIZNESS SECURE PRIVATE LIMITED
• Onboardee: All business owner(s) (“You”)

Eligibility & Registration

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information about your business, including business name, address, GSTIN, Company Account No, Aadhaar card, live photo with actual business address GPS coordinate, contact details, product descriptions, and real bill copy photo, etc.

You represent that you are legally permitted to sell the products/services you list, and that you comply with all applicable laws (such as tax laws, product safety, standards, etc.).

You represent that you are legally permitted to show your up-to-date information publicly on our platform, and that you comply with all applicable laws.

Verification

The Platform may verify the details you provide. Verification may include validating documents such as business name, address, GSTIN, Company Account No, Aadhaar card, live photo with actual business address GPS coordinate, contact details, product descriptions, and real bill copy photo.

Until verification is completed, certain functionalities may remain disabled.

Product Listings

• Products listed must be described truthfully. Images, specifications, warranties must be accurate.
• You must comply with Bizsecure content/listing guidelines (e.g. no prohibited goods, no misleading claims).
• Platform reserves the right to reject or remove listings if they do not meet the guidelines.

Subscription / Fees

If you opt for any paid plan or subscription for enhanced visibility, leads, or features, you agree to pay the applicable fees and follow the payment schedule.

Refunds, if any, will be governed by the subscription/plan agreement.

Lead Management & Communication

• You agree to respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner.
• The Platform may provide leads; however, the Platform does not guarantee orders or sales.
• Communication should be professional and in line with Platform policies.

Quality, Returns & Dispute

You are responsible for product quality and ensuring products conform to what is promised. You must handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints in accordance with Platform’s policies and applicable consumer protection laws. Platform may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers subject to its dispute resolution process.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content you upload (images, descriptions, etc.) must be owned by you or you must have a license to use it. You grant the Platform a license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Compliance

You must comply with all relevant laws (local, state, central), including GST, consumer law, product labelling, exports, etc. You must not list prohibited or illegal products.

Termination of Onboarding / Suspension

The Platform may suspend or terminate your onboardee account for breaches of these terms, for false or misleading information, poor performance, and non-compliance. On termination, you must cease using seller tools, remove listings (if required), and settle any pending obligations (payments, deliveries, etc.).

Data & Privacy

You agree to the collection, use and storage of your personal/business data as per the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

You agree that all your verification documents — including business name, address, GSTIN, company account number, Aadhaar card, live photo with actual business address and GPS coordinates, contact details, product descriptions, real bill copy photo, and any other submitted information — may be publicly displayed on our platform. This ensures that other verified users, like you, can view these details. Our USP is that we maintain 100% verified users on our platform.

You must protect login credentials and keep them secure.

Limitation of Liability

Platform is not responsible for buyer decisions, product misuse, or delays outside its control. Platform does not guarantee sales, buyer behaviour, etc.

Modification of Terms

Platform may amend these Terms & Conditions periodically. You will be notified (via email or dashboard), and continued use implies acceptance. If you do not agree to changes, you may terminate your onboarding/seller account per termination clause.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Haryana, India. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration/courts in Haryana, as per local law.
